Besides being the unique technique behind Read Me A Lullaby™ - Dream Incubation is the practiced method of training one's mind to dream of a specific topic, chosen prior to sleep. The technique is often used for recreation or in attempt to resolve a dilemma.

In-depth studies have shown that dream incubation proves to be an effective manner in which to influence one's dreams.
How Do You Do It?
There are several acceptable routes for introducing the subject of one’s intended dream:
- Take a photo of desired dream subject to bed
- Discuss desired dream topic shortly before sleep
- Focus and/or refer to desired dream material throughout day
- Announce desired dream topic aloud just before rest
To note the success of the incubation:
- At waking, one should attempt to recall dream and details
